What’s Khafi / the Third Eye? 

The concept of khafi / the third eye is rooted in the doctrine of Lataif-e-sitta (Arabic: اللطائف الستة‎), which essentially are the “spiritual organs” of perception in the context of Sufism. Khafi stands for the Third Eye and the way to attain it is through the purification of the soul. This purification is usually pursued under the shadow of a spiritual practitioner who has already achieved spiritual awakening and is immersed in various spiritual practices of a high order, including salat/prayer, zikr/enchanting, meditation, Quranic reading, and the pursuit of other forms of spiritual knowledge. It can also be pursued individually, but the blessings or other forms of involvement of a spiritual teacher who has already been through the journey makes the process a lot easier. It’s this particular reason I perform all the painful rituals and amalyat and preserve them in the khafi ring so that the wearer doesn’t have to bear the unbearable part. 

When fully attained, the third eye leads to Ruh-e Azam, the Great Soul, which is the noblest aspect of the nafs — the self — through which Noor-e-Muhammadi (the light of the prophet) will pass. InshaAllah.

For the reasons mentioned above, a great number of people (who seek spiritual enlightenment) have been requesting me to prepare the khafi ring. A few important rules
